Sierra Canyon tuning up for more Mission League games

The Sierra Canyon softball team was back in action Tuesday after a lengthy layoff and was on the short end of a 5-2 nonleague game against Moorpark.
Duke-bound Hailey Shuler had 11 strikeouts in the circle. Shuler doubled and stole two bases.
Sophia Debs and Nina Peyton-Johnson each had an RBI.
The Trailblazers play in a tournament in Northern California before returning home next week for Mission League games.
