Sierra Canyon wins two games in Memphis, Tennessee

The Sierra Canyon girls basketball team took its act to Memphis, Tennessee and came away with two victories.

The Trailblazers had no issues with Whitehaven of Tennessee in a 64-30 win and handled Bartlett of Tennessee 69-32 in another easy win.

Mackenly Randolph scored 15 points and grabbed 15 rebounds in the first victory, sophomore standout Jerzy Robinson scored nine points with 12 rebounds, sophomore Emilia Krstevski had 14 points and six rebounds and Louisville-bound guard Izela Arenas scored 19 points and had eight rebounds.

Sierra Canyon has quite a foursome there with two seniors and two 10th-graders.

Robinson was the leader against Bartlett with 22 points, nine rebounds and four assists.

Randolph had 19 points, 12 rebounds, six assists and four steals.

Arenas dropped in 14 points.

The only loss this year for the Trailblazers is a 49-48 setback against Sidwell Friends of Washington, D.C. in the championship game of the Iolani Classic in Hawaii.
