CHATSWORTH — The Sierra Canyon girls soccer program is no stranger to success. The Trailblazers have won the past four Gold Coast League championships and are on their way to another.

The team is currently 7-3 overall and 4-1 in league play.

Jazy Campbell and Tatum Solis are the key senior leaders, along with Margo Parker on a roster filled with talented underclassmen.

Let’s start with the juniors. Bella Fisher, Molly Justice and Morgan Brown.

“Brown is making a big impact in the middle,” Sierra Canyon dual girls and boys coach Kristy Walker said. “Very impressed with Morgan.”

There are no shortage of good sophomores and freshmen.

Lauren Retsky is a sophomore goalkeeper, while Viktoria Balbin and Maya Bowens are contributing. Bowens is a rare talent.

Stevie Carmona and Natalie Babcock are two of the top freshmen.

The girls recently beat Viewpoint, a team it has had trouble with in league the past couple years.

Tough matches await with Paraclete, Campbell Hall, Brentwood, Crossroads, Windward and Viewpoint.

“We have our full roster now and hope to continue to keep getting better,” Walker said.

The Trailblazers hope to make another deep run in the Div. 4 playoffs.
